What’s Included In 9-Month Package:
Virtual/Phone 1x1 Sessions
The frequency of these will depend on where you are in your pregnancy - I view this prenatal care similar to what we see in the system with monthly appts and then ramping up to weekly in the later stages of pregnancy as we near birth!
These sessions will be a combination of conversation, coaching, & healing/integration work (energetics & somatic). They’ll be a space for us to deepen our relationship to cultivate trust & connection - this will be SO important when you’re in labor. We’ll explore birth stories (and any past trauma), your connection with your body/sexuality, your desires for birth/postpartum, planting seeds for your dream birth, moving through anything that might come up along the way, and in the postpartum window - intense integration as you acclimate to this new chapter of both who YOU are & who your sweet babe is. These are intuitive sessions and will be covering whatever is present & relevant for you/your story.
This will depend on each individual client, but you can expect roughly:
Trimester 1: Monthly session & Weekly voice/text support
Trimester 2: Bi-Weekly Sessions & Weekly voice/text support
Trimester 3: Weekly Sessions & 2x/week voice & text
36 Weeks, Labor/Birth, & Through 2 Weeks Postpartum: Sessions as you need/want them and daily voice/text support
If you ever DO NOT want to hop on a call either - that is 100% okay. Again this is what I have laid out as a potential journey we can take together, but it’s YOUR journey - meaning it’s unique to you. You lead, I’ll follow. Some clients are much more hands-on, others are more hands-off & might not follow a particular schedule. I’m flexible & willing to work WITH YOU and however you will feel most supported - pricing doesn’t change. <3
1x1 Voxer Support
I am available on Tuesdays from 5-7pm EST & Saturdays from 11am-1pm EST for voice/text support via Voxer. You can message me any time you’d like, but can expect a response from me at that time. As we get closer to your birth though from 36 weeks & beyond - I’ll be available for voice/text support at anytime. You can expect a response within a day, and more quickly if it’s an emergency (like holy shit this is happening!!).
This is a great way for us to explore whatever might come up outside of our sessions together. I’m here for you, every step of the way.
Personalized Resources & Program
Besides our 1x1 sessions/conversations - I’ll also include any resources for you that I feel may be supportive & expansive for you as you learn/grow/heal/evolve. Things such as past workshops I’ve hosted, podcast episodes, worksheets, blogs, journaling prompts, etc. If you’re pregnant - you’ll receive access to my signature sovereign birth program as well.

Monthly Mother’s Circles
Each month I host a virtual gathering for wild mothers [anywhere from preconception to conscious mothering] from all walks of life to be nurtured & supported. These are a combination of a mini soul sermon, connection & community, and somatic & energetic release/healing. We move, we breathe, we laugh, we cry, we learn, we discuss, and we sit in the medicinal energy of what it means to belong TOGETHER. <3 As a private mama client, you’ll have access to all circles I host during our time together.
Here’s how the energetic exchange/investment works for this package…
$4,444 PAY IN FULL -or- $555/month for 9 months (must be paid in full by time of birth)
It’s a $5k investment whether you hire me when your pregnancy is first confirmed (YAY!!) or you hire me at 36 weeks pregnant. There is no pro-rated price difference. This is to protect both me AND you. It is of the utmost importance and priority for me that we have cultivated a deep sense of TRUST in our relationship so I’m able to hold you in the real, the raw, and the vulnerable both in pregnancy/labor/birth/postpartum. We need to KNOW each other - I need to be familiar with your desires, preferences, non-negotiables, and HELL NOs. I want to hold the highest vision for your dream birth through your pregnancy. I want us to be able to heal & integrate any layers of dissonance that might come up that keep you from hearing the whispers of your womb, the energies of your baby, and the deepest desires of your heart (including but not limited to: sexual shame, body shame, religious trauma, BIRTH trauma, relational dynamics, fear, anxiety, good girl patterning, etc.). And to do this - we need TIME and space.
In the work I do - it’s intimate, it’s DEPTH, it’s potent. It requires space for integration & pondering. It deserves REST in between the ah-ha's.
This is high-touch support that will be TRANSFORMATIVE in every single way - you’ll feel & experience the ripple effect long after the initial postpartum window closes.
I also want to get to know YOUR PARTNER - who will be with you at your birth? Who will be holding you in real life as you walk this path into motherhood? Who will be your village and your support people? Who will I be checking in with when you’re in labor land & when you’re finally getting some much-needed rest between feedings?
The earlier you hire me - the deeper we can go.

**The VIRTUAL Live Attendance Add-On is designed for those who want to ensure that my calendar is cleared as soon as labor begins! I can be on Facetime through the entirety of your birth and/or as you’d like me there! if you are just wanting text/voice support and to be able to call me throughout labor - that is included in the original payment and does not require an add-on. please let me know if you have questions about that!
