What’s Included In Package:
Virtual/Phone 1x1 Sessions
We’ll meet 2x/month for 60 minutes for a delicious blend of somatic & energetic healing, coaching support, processing, and an exploration of whatever is pertinent to the season you’re in. These sessions are a sacred space for you to process, heal, and integrate in the unique ways that would feel most supportive & most nourishing for you. These may be held on the phone or Zoom, depending.
1x1 Voxer Support
In between sessions, you’ll have 1x1 private access to me via voice/text support. I’ll respond during business hours Monday through Friday. This is a great space for further processing, questions or curiosities that come up, and whatever conversation may feel supportive for you. This is a great way for us to explore whatever might come up outside of our sessions together. I’m here for you, every step of the way.
Personalized Resources & Program
Besides our 1x1 sessions/conversations - I’ll also include any resources for you that I feel may be supportive & expansive for you as you learn/grow/heal/evolve. Things such as past workshops I’ve hosted, podcast episodes, worksheets, blogs, journaling prompts, etc. If you’re pregnant - you’ll receive access to my signature sovereign birth program as well.
The Energetic Exchange/Investment:
My 1x1 mentorship is $1,555/month (or $4,444 pay-in-full for 3 months) with a minimum of 3 months together.
In the work I do - it’s intimate, it’s DEPTH, it’s potent. It requires space for integration & pondering. It deserves REST in between the ah-ha's.
This is high-touch support that will be TRANSFORMATIVE in every single way - you’ll feel & experience the ripple effect long after our time together comes to an end.
